Kris Troutman Joins the Board

The Mudd Nick Foundation board of directors recently elected its newest member, Kris Troutman. Kris is a 4th generation Tillamook County resident and Tillamook High School graduate. She moved to Nehalem in 2002 after living in Central Oregon for five years. Kris is married to Tim, a Tugboat Captain. They have two children, David and Megan, who are both Neah-Kah-Nie graduates and proud benefactors of Mudd Nick Foundation learning experiences during their school years. Kris has worked at Nehalem Elementary since 2007, starting out part-time in the kitchen, then moving to full-time status in 2015. Three years ago, she assumed the role of Food Service Director for the Neah-Kah-Nie School District. Kris has volunteered for Foundation annual charity events since 2007. Her hobbies include camping, reading, gardening, and canning and preserving.
