Jim and Lynn Mudd were selected as regional winners of the Governor’s Volunteer Award in the Lifetime Achievement category, a well-deserved accolade. On October 12th, several Board and family members and friends attended the ceremony at the Salem Convention Center to witness Oregon Secretary of State Jeanne Atkins conferring the honor on Jim and Lynn.
